Politicians say we can’t afford universal healthcare, public education, environmental protections, and so many other policies and programs essential for human thriving and flourishing. Meanwhile, those same people provide blank checks for wars, militarism, and corporate subsidies.

That’s why my first act in office will be signing Block the Bombs (H.R. 3565), to restrict arms sales to Israel.”

There are 3 major healthcare systems who run healthcare in Milwaukee, that reach across the state of Wisconsin and beyond. All three have missions that supposedly also center the sanctity of human health and life.  And yet they, like every single other hospital system in the United States, have said nothing about the destruction of hospitals in Gaza.
